After many years of searching for something to fulfil her creative ways and love of delicate, pretty things, Ali stumbled across cupcake fever and was soon producing tiny little works of art for family and friends. She went on to study cake design and gained a Master Diploma achieving gold merits and a vast amount of compliments on her pretty, feminine style. Whilst completing her Master Diploma she also had the privilege of studying beside top cake designers, Zoe Clark, Michelle Ria, Mich Turner and the fabulous sugar artist Carlos Lischetti.
She has since gone on to win Best Wedding Industry Newcomer in the London and South East region and Regional Finalist for The Best Wedding Cake Designer, London and South East.
Ali’s passion of beautiful things, attention to detail and huge amounts of patience has also led her to discover her new love… teaching. She now enjoys showing others how to create her delicate flowers in the hopes they will find the same passion for cakes as she has xx.
The Little Sugar Box was founded in 2012 and she now works from her private studio at her home.
